THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Memorandum by the Director of Military Intelligence (Paper No. J.I.C.(40) 11(S)) setting out proposals for the permanent establishment of the Inter-Services Security Board. A record of the discussion and of the conclusions reached is recorded in the Confidential Annex on the Secretary's standard file. NEXT MEETING OF THE SUB-COMMITTEE. It was agreed:That the next Meeting of the Sub-Committee to receive a Report from the Inter-Services Security Board should he held at 3.0 p.m.
