(c) other countries By M.I.l.(L) to the Military Attache concerned in London. 7. It is for consideration whether the three services should not adopt a common nomenclature for the various categories of secret publications prepared by each. 8. It is also most desirable to decide upon a common policy in the three Services regarding the exchange of intelligence with Allied and Semi-Allied countries.
