P O L A N D ARMAMENT SUPPLY IN WAR. 1. OBJECT OF THIS PAPER. In a war in the near future, Poland, though selfsupporting in foodstuffs, would be deficient in industrial raw materials, of which she only holds small stocks. Her Industry, even if kept supplied with raw materials and with its capacity unreduced by hostile action, is quite unable to maintain the Forces she could mobilise.
