Anglo-French Staff Conversations, 1939. Exchange of Intelligence Between French and British Staffs. Note by the Secretary

2. To enable the United Kingdom Delegation to inform the French Delegation of the methods by which the above proposals should be put into effect, the Head of the United Kingdom Delegation requests that the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee should prepare a paper, suitable for handing to the French at the renewed conversations which commence on 24th April, showing the methods by which it is proposed that Service intelligence should be exchanged (a) Centrally, in London and Paris. (b) Locally, in Commands.
