Anglo-French Staff Conversations, 1939. Exchange of Intelligence Between French and British Staffs. Note by the Secretary

4. It is suggested that this paper should include the following points:(i) The arrangements by which we suggest all basic intelligence should be exchanged between London and Paris both in peace and, perhaps separately, in war. (ii) The arrangements which we suggest to ensure that agreed Franco-British intelligence deductions are quickly available in war or emergency. (iii) The particular arrangements we suggest to ensure the very rapid exchange of information as to the action of enemy aircraft in war.
