Dissolution of the Sub-Committee on Air Warfare Copy of a Minute from the Chairman to the Secretary, Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee

1 Jun 1938

Reports 1-4 have been presented to the Joint Intelligence Committee and Report No. 5 will be presented as soon as it is finally printed. There is now only one report outstanding, that on the Air Raid Precautions aspect of air warfare in Spain and China. As has been recorded in the Minutes of the 6th Meeting of the Air Warfare Sub-Committee, this is due to the alleged inability of the Air Raid Precautions Department of the Home Office to devote the necessary staff and time to the preparation of the drafts.
