does expect to receive as part of her reward naval and air facilities in Spanish territory. Thus it seems likely that one of the Italians' first objectives after the war is finished will be to develop a network of commercial airlines all over the Western Mediterranean, making use of concessions obtained from the Spanish Government and developing intermediate stations in the Balearics, at Melilla, Cadiz and elsewhere, for which in some cases aerodromes already constructed for military purposes under Italian supervision will provide initial bases.
