330 Owing to the constitutional similarity between India and Burma it follows from the above that pre-arranged telegrams for issue from the Burma Office to the Government of Burma should be in similar form. Draft telegrams on these lines are now being prepared. 4. I am to suggest, in order that all concerned may be made aware of the impending change, that the contents of this letter may be made known to the following SubCommittees:Chiefs of Staff. Joint Planning. Oversea Defence Committee. Joint Overseas and Home Ports Defence.
