CAPTAIN COOKE said that the Admiralty were already working with Lord Perth's organisation in order to obtain the necessary publicity for the Navy, and that they were in agreement with the suggestions put forward by Brigadier Beaumont-Nesbitt. After discussion, it was agreed that each Department should make its own arrangements for the collection and drafting of propaganda material for use in foreign countries, and that the officers concerned should get into touch with the Foreign Office and the other Service Departments by personal liaison.
