Officer from Malta to pay liaison visits to the French Headquarters in Tunis during peacetime. CAPTAIN COOKE said that he was strongly opposed to any suggestion that the Intelligence staffs of Gibraltar and Malta should issue combined reports, but that he agreed that they should work together in the closest co-operation, and he felt that where possible, the offices of the Intelligence personnel of the three Services should be close together.
