1. The Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee discussed a highly secret matter and agreement was reached as to the procedure which should be adopted. 2. The question of setting up Joint machinery to which similar problems might in future be submitted was also discussed and it was agreed that the Departments concerned should examine this matter with a view to its future consideration.
