BRIGADIER ANDERSON agreed, but was of the opinion that the three Reports at present before the Sub-Committee could not be criticised on that account. CAPTAIN HERMON-HODGE explained that he was not referring to the Reports under consideration at the moment, to which he took no exception. He was rather looking ahead. Reports on other subjects might appear to lend themselves to various deductions and this was not the function of the SubCommittee on Air Warfare in Spain. THE SUB-COMMITTEE then examined the three Reports, page by page, and a number of amendments of a minor character were agreed upon.
