For figures shown for Destroyers and Submarines in "Germany and Italy" Column read "Destroyers 144 (and 1 Submarine Chaser) and Submarines 120" 4. Paragraph 4, Lines 2 4. Amend to read " .... superiority, but although by May 1937 Germany may be able to put 59 Divisions into the field on the first day of war, there will be a shortage of Corps and Army troops and the training of the troops is unlikely to have reached a high standard" Paragraph 4, Line 11.
