(f) The following is the minimum additional staff necessary to do the work satisfactorily:3 Intelligence Officers 1 Abstractor 4 Clerks (For details and qualifications required, see Annex, para. 10) For those posts above the clerical level, the J.I.B. grades of Research Officer and Research Assistant would be appropriate, and, as the commitment is essentially inter-Service, all the posts should be borne on the Ministry of Defence. (g) In order to achieve the maximum potential benefit from this organisation, three Scientists should be added, when available, to the Staff.
