(iii) Alternatively, but again under Article 3 of Ordinance No.1, they could be charged with attempting, or conspiring, or agreeing with another to commit any offence which may be dangerous to the security of the Allied forces. Again, trial can be held in camera and a long sentence would follow. (iv) Not se desirable, but equally effective, would be to commit these agents as "suspected" SS when their case would not come up for review for a long time. There would be a certain amount of difficulty over this, but not unsurmountable.
