This Programme was agreed by the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee in Cabinet Office Signal 5874 dated 25th September, 1945. 2. The latest Report from H.Q. A.C.S.E.A. gives the position up to the 20th July, 1946 as follows:French Indo-China 6" Survey Programme 52.1% and Siam completed 12" " " 85% completed 3.
