(iii) Co-operation between Reporting Officers at the same Post At an Embassy or H.Q. there will be more than one recipient of the Questionnaire. It may be thought advisable to suggest in such cases that all reporting officers should consider together what subjects each is best placed to cover and who will normally forward information on them.
