We consider it must be assumed that when an Interim Government is established in India, and an Indian War Member is appointed, he will have the right of access to any information sent to the C.-in-C. or his staff, and that this assumption must also apply to the passing of intelligence to the Director Intelligence Bureau (D.I.B.), since an Indian might be appointed to that post.
