Confirming our conversation this morning, the Editor of the Encyclopedia Britannica has written me to say that they are planning a special survey of the decade 1937/46 to be published in four volumes under the title "Ten Eventful Years" and he has asked me if I would undertake to contribute to this record an article of 2,000 words on "Intelligence,, Naval and Military" I saw the London Editor who informed me that the Encyclopedia Britannica Inc.
