Now that the Defence Committee has given approval to the report and recommendations of the above conference, there are two points, as follows, which I suggest that J.I.C. may wish to consider. (a) The proposed Commonwealth Advisory Committee and its "Working Party" will both require a service of intelligence on foreign scientific and technical developments.
