With regard to paras. 1(c) and 1(e), we assumed that the collation centre at Habbaniya will be responsible for the collation of tribal and political intelligence and that all collection of intelligence will be the responsibility of the Vice Consuls, and M.I.5. We agree para. 1(e), but consider that "collation" should read "collection".
