TOP SECRET USE BY THE RUSSIANS OF GERMAN SCIENTISTS AND TECHNICIANS Report by the Joint Scientific Intelligence Committee 1. The J.S.I.C. has examined the papers+ on the above subject submitted for its consideration by the D.N.I., taking into account a memorandum by the Air Prisoners of War Interrogation Unit on the state of opinion among German scientists generally. The three specific questions raised are:(a) The subject matter of the report itself from a scientific point of view. (b) The likelihood of the report being substantially correct.
