EMPLOYMENT OF ALIENS (N.L. 6137/40) Aliens may not be employed by members of the Naval Service or by civilian officers serving under the Admiralty without permission. Application for permission should be made in accordance with K.R. & A.I. Article 35a or Home Dockyard Regulations 248 (3) Addendum No. 2. 2. Permission will not normally be granted to employ persons of German, Austrian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Rumanian, Finnish, Japanese or Siamese origin. K.R. & A.I. Article 35a.
