Central Authority for Intelligence on the Japanese Air Force

(a) delegate to other authority or to the Commands. The Air Ministry and other intelligence agencies in London must maintain intelligence staffs to exploit the product of the A.R.I.C. and to handle Japanese intelligence in accordance with directives from the heads of their respective agencies as is new the case in Washington with respect to the European Theatre. It is further agreed that:The A.R.I.C. is responsible for the dissemination of intelligence pertaining to the Japanese Air and Ground Forces to the several commands in the Far East Theatre, to the Air Ministry and other designated agencies in London, to the American Armed Forces, and any other agencies which may be mutually agreed upon from time to time.
