FIRST I have agreed with D.P.W. and D. of S.T. that for security reasons Queens Acquitania Maurentania Ile de France and Niuew Amersterdam should not be used for carriage of enemy P.W. who are destined for repatriation. They should be transported in ships of following classes in order of priority as under:1. Hospital ships 2. Unescorted troopships other than those named above 3.
