MEMORANDUM ON THE PROPOSAL FOR IMMEDIATE AND POST WAR PROPAGANDA IN THE ARGENTINE AND OTHER SPANISH SPEAKING TERRITORIES 1. British Embassy, Buenos Aires, has pointed out that after the last war Argentine army received from German military sources text books written in Spanish, complete with maps and description of major battles, for use at the Argentine Staff College. 2. In addition, during the course of the last war, short and more or less popular accounts of operations as well as their official history were published by the Germans and it is believed they are now adopting the same tactics again.
