(d) S.O.E. S.O.E. maintained lists of persons likely to be dangerous to their own organisation. This was a limited field but the lists were available to S.I.S. (e) Ministry of Economic Warfare The Ministry maintained a very large index covering the whole world. There was also a special index of persons actively and voluntarily collaborating with the enemy in occupied territory, including the whole of France. These lists were limited to the trading and financial aspect of intelligence although clearly there were cases (e.g.
