THE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ON PERSONALITIES IN ENEMY AND ###OCCUPIED COUNTRIES When the Germans enter a foreign country it is understood that they are armed with complete dessiers on officials and prominent personages. The information is also divided into categories corresponding to individuals likely to collaborate, those likely to be hostile, those the Germans have decided to arrest, and so forth. 2. The Military Sub-Committee is interested in enemy-occupied territory in two main respects: the requirements of the Armistice commission in executing the Armistice and the requirements mints for the general control and administration of enemy territory.
