SECRET 2. SECURITY IN LUXEMBOURG (Previous reference: J.I.C.(53)105th Meeting, Minute 1, Conclusion (1) dated 2nd October, 1953). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute⊖ by the Secretary, covering a report by the Foreign Office in the state of security in Luxembourg. LORD TALBOT DE MALAHIDE said that the information the Foreign Office had received from H.M. Minister, Luxembourg, was, so far as he was aware, practically the only information which the Committee had on the state of security in that country.
