SECRET 4. PERIMETER REVIEW (Previous reference : J.I.C.(53)96th Meeting, minute 8 dated 3rd September, 1953). THE COMMITTEE had their weekly review of current intelligence t: determine whether there were any indications of soviet or Soviet inspired aggression. (See Annexes I and II) MR. McDERMOTT referred to the situation in Trieste and said that Marshal Tito's speech had not eased matters very much.
