GUARD CONFIDENTIAL 2 TRIPARTITE SECURITY WORKING GROUP 1952 (Previous reference: J.I.C.(52)143rd Meeting, Minute 1 dated 19th December, 1952). THE COMMITTEE considered a minute by the Secretary+ covering reports by the United Kingdom Delegation to the Tripartite Security Working Group on French and American security. MR. CAREY FOSTER reminded the Committee that it was intended to submit the reports before them to the Chiefs of Staff, and he suggested that this should be done with a short covering report, as in 1951.
