Certain points, however, remained outstanding for resolution by the Joint Intelligence Staff. It was agreed that a further version of the draft report should be prepared, for clearance if possible by telephone. THE COMMITTEE:Instructed the Joint Intelligence Staff to prepare a further revised draft report in the light of their discussion and to circulate it for clearance by telephone if possible.
