BRIGADIER WAY said that it would be a mistake to attempt to lay down too rigidly exactly what part of the work of the Delegation or Sub-Committee should be done in London, and what part in Germany. The Terms of Reference should make it clear that as much as possible should be done in London, and the rest should be left for the Delegation to decide. After discussion, the Committee greed to this suggestion. MR. YOUNG said that he wished to press for the inclusion of a representative of D.S.I. in the Delegation.
