1 Jul 1952

SECRET In discussion it was generally agreed that the above four points should be given particular emphasis during the forthcoming meeting of the Working Group. B. Date of Meeting It was generally agreed that the 27th October, was a convenient date for the Working Group to start work in Washington. It would however, be convenient if the U.K. and U.S. teams could meet informally before hand. The latest date therefore on which the U.K. team should leave London would be Friday, 24th October. C.
