TOP SECRET 4. SITUATION AROUND THE SOVIET AND SATELLITE PERIMETER AND OTHER SENSITIVE AREAS (Previous Reference: J.I.C. (52) 99th Meeting, Minute 1 of 11th Sept. 1952.) THE COMMTTEE had their weekly review of the situation around the Soviet and satellite perimeter and other sensitive areas to determine whether there were any indications of Soviet or Soviet-inspired aggression. (See Annex) THE COMMITTEE:(1) Agreed that in the West there was no indication of Soviet military aggression and no significant change in policy or propaganda.
