SECRET 2. THE EMPLOYMENT OF ARMY NATIONAL SERVICEMEN ON COMPLETION OF LANGUAGE TRAINING (Previous reference: J.I.C.(52)94th Meeting, Minute 2 of 29th August, 1952). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary= covering a memorandum by G.C.H.Q., proposing an alternative scheme for the employment of Army national servicemen on completion of language training before they were due for release. There was general agreement that the alternative scheme was satisfactory from the security point of view.
