TOP SECRET 2. INTELLIGENCE CONFERENCE, WASHINGTON OCTOBER 1952 (Previous reference: J.I.C.(52)96th Meeting, Minute 7 of 4th September, 1952). THE COMMITTEE considered a telegramx from the Standing Group, setting out the terms of reference and administrative arrangements for the meeting of an intelligence Working Group composed of members from the Standing Group national intelligence agencies and major ###.T.O. command representatives, to be held in Washington on the 2nd October, 1952. The Committee also referred to previous minutes by the Secretary⌿ and telegrams≠ to and from B.J.S.M., Washington, on the subject.
