TOP SECRET GUARD ### WORLD WIDE INTELLIGENCE ORGANISATION IN PEACE AND WAR (Previous references: J.I.C. (51) 94 (Revised Terms of Reference) and J.I.C. (52) 67th Meeting, Minute 2 of 18th June, 1952). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary+ covering a report by the Committee's Working Party set up to examine the world wide intelligence organisation in peace and war, and a further minuteø covering comments received from the Colonial Office on the above item. MR. REILLY said that the Working Party's report constituted a very valuable compendium of information upon intelligence organisation.
