SECRET 3. INTELLIGENCE ON SOVIET ELECTRONICS MR. YOUNG said that he had recently received from the Military and Air Attaches in Moscow most useful reports on Soviet electronics. He would like to express his appreciation of these efforts. THE COMMITTEE:Endorsed the views of the Acting Director of Scientific Intelligence and invited the War Office and Air Ministry to inform their respective Attaches in Moscow accordingly. TOP SECRET 4. SITUATION ROUND THE SOCIET AND SATELLITE PERIMETER AND OTHER SENSITIVE AREAS (Previous reference: J.I.C.(52)88th Meeting, Minute 5 of 14th August, 1952).
