COLLATION OF INFORMATION ON MILITARY RAIL MOVEMENTS THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute= by the Secretary covering a memorandum from the Director, Joint Intelligence Bureau, which proposed that a small staff should be set up in London, comprising United States and British officers, for the purpose of collating intelligence on military rail movements in Germany received from both British and United States sources. The Joint Intelligence Bureau suggested further that, should the Committee agree to their proposal, a letter should be despatched to General Bolling of G.2, asking for his concurrence.
