RESTRICTED VISIT OF D.N.I. TO GERMANY REAR ADMIRAL BUZZARD said that he intended to visit Germany, leaving on 21st July. If any Departments had matters which they wished him to raise, would they notify him before that date. THE COMMITTEE:Took note of the above. RESTRICTED 4. VISIT OF H.E. THE GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG TO THE UNITED KINGDOM MR. TRAFFORD SMITH said that Sir Alexander Grantham, Governor of Hong Kong, was shortly returning to this country on leave and intended to spend about a fortnight in London.
