CONFIDENTIAL 1. ORGANISATION WITHIN SACEUR'S COMMAND FOR PROCESSING ENEMY DOCUMENTS IN THE OF WAR THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary covering a paper which had been received from S.H.A.P.E. outlining the organisation which S.H.A.P.E. considered necessary for processing captured enemy documents in time of war, within SACEUR'S Command: the paper had been forwarded to the Standing Group asking for approval in principle to the proposed organisation and for the agreement of N.A.T.C.
