The Foreign Office should also require the Soviet and Satellite Missions, except the Polish, Czech and Rumanian Missions, to inform them twice yearly of the names and appointments of all members of the Mission who hold British driving licenses. THE COMMITTEE:(1) Invited the Foreign Office to examine the above proposals and to report, in consultation with the Security Service and the Ministry of Transport.
