GERMANY THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute+ by the Secretary covering a letter from General Kirkman to the Chairman, concerning a proposal made by the High Commissioner that means should be developed for keeping Brixmis informed of intelligence targets in the Soviet zone that had already been covered by other means, thus enabling Brixmis to avoid especially sensitive areas. AIR COMMODORE CONSTANTINE said that any requests made by the Air Ministry to Brixmis for information were usually made in order to confirm information already received from either 'Y' or P.R.
