CONFIDENTIAL 1. TRAIN 44 THE COMMITTEE considered, on the instructions of the Chiefs of Staff+, a telegram from Air Vice Marshal BouchierX on the Order of Battle of opposing ground and air forces in Korea, and appreciating the capabilities of the Communists to launch a serious offensive should the present armistice negotiations break down. A draft report to the Chiefs of Staff was circulated at the meeting. THE COMMITTEE considered the draft report paragraph by paragraph and certain amendments were suggested and approved.
