Intelligence Organisation was supplied with sufficient material to ensure its efficient operation at the earliest date. Eventually, there would undoubtedly be an exchange of information both ways between the United Kingdom and S.H.A.P.E. instead of the existing somewhat one-sided arrangement. The advantage of having United Kingdom Liaison Officers on the staffs of various subordinate commands within S.H.A.P.E.
