TOP SECRET In discussion there was general agreement to the urgent necessity for continuance of the procedure allowedunder ZEI 68 until such time as suitable German legislation was introduced. THE COMMITTEE:(1) Invited the Foreign Office to take note of the reports submitted by Intelligence Division, Germany, and take into account the arguments contained therein when considering the question of entering into contractual relationship with Germany. (2) Endorsed the views of the Director of military Intelligence and supported fully the arguments for the retention of ZEI 68.
