TOP SECRET In discussion of these proposed amendments certain alterations to them were suggested and approved to meet the views of all members of the Committee. MAJOR GENERAL STRONG and MR. YOUNG said that they had further minor drafting amendments to suggest, which they would forward to the Secretary for incorporation at the discretion of the Joint Intelligence Staff into the draft report. THE COMMITTEE:(1) Instructed the Secretary, in consultation with the Joint Intelligence Staff to amend the draft report in the light of their discussion.
