1. Intelligence Requirements of S.H.A.P.E.; 2. Chinese Communist Intentions in the Light of Operations in Korea

asking for authority for the United Kingdom member of the Standing Group Intelligence Committee to approve the S. .E. report, S.G. 126, on procedure for fulfilling the peacetime Intelligence requirements of S.H.A.P.E. It was agreed that, having already agreed to S.H.A.P.E's Intelligence requirements, the United Kingdom member could be authorised to approve the report. It was also agreed that a weekly Intelligence summary suitable for passing to S.H.A.P.E. should be prepared by the heads of the Russia and Far East sections at their weekly meeting.
