SECRET THE COMMITTEE:(1) Took note, with interest, of the report by the L.I.C., Gibraltar. (2) Instructed the Secretary to approach the Joint Intelligence Committee, Germany, for an interrogation pro forms for the use of L.I.C., Gibraltar. (3) Instructed the Sub-Committee on Defectors to examine and report on the problem of the disposal of defectors and deserters when they arrive at Gibraltar. (4) Instructed the Secretary to inform the L.I.C., Gibraltar, of their views as expressed in discussion.
